1. Blend spices:

 -2 tsp cumin

– 1 tsp coriander

– 1 tsp caraway seeds

– 1 tsp paprika

– 1/2 tsp turmeric

– Salt and pepper to taste

2. Marinade Preparation (30 minutes to overnight):

   – Cut chicken into small cubes

   – Mix with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp harissa, spice blend

   – Add finely chopped preserved lemon

   – Let marinate

3. Prepare Filling:

   – Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan

   – Cook marinated chicken until golden (8-10 minutes)

   – In another pan, sauté diced onions and peppers

   – Add drained chickpeas, warm through

   – Season to taste

4. Prepare Fresh Components:
